When will my order arrive?
Orders ship out within business 5 days, and arrives between 5-12 business days. Order by Friday 9 October to have it before Halloween in case. Bear's Fair Isle Knit ships from a slower warehouse, so order that one by Friday 2 October. Please email us if you have any enquiries.
How does the couples discount work?
Add a matching pair, Nikki & Bear, Allie & Dean, or Lola & Oscar, and 10% comes off both automatically at checkout. No code, nothing to remember. Your two costumes may ship separately and arrive a few days apart.
How do I check my size?
Every product page has its own measurement chart. Charts differ between garments, so check the one on the item you're buying rather than going by your usual size.
Can I return it?
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll refund you in full. For change of mind or a sizing issue, get in touch with us via email within 14 days.
Where do you ship?
Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. Free shipping to all three, with no extra charges at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email once your costume ships. If you've ordered a pair that ships separately, you'll get two.
What comes with my costume?
Each product page lists exactly what's in the box and what isn't. As a general rule, shoes, wigs and most accessories aren't included unless the listing says so.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can. If it hasn't been dispatched we can usually cancel or amend it. Once it's shipped we can't recall it.
